## How should you act on-duty?

We require our staff to be professional at all times, even while not on-duty as you always represent our staff team. This means that you have to adhere to the following rules

* **Always be respectful to all in-game players**
* **Always follow the** [player-punishments](https://apd-swat.gitbook.io/nysrpstaffguide/player-punishments "mention") **guidelines without exceptions**
* **You must not abuse your powers, this means using your powers to your advantage**
* **Whilst you may refresh or load yourself off-duty, you may not use any other commands unless given perms from the high rank team.**
* **Must not send any custom :h's or :m's**
* **Must follow the staff appearance guidelines**
