## We use Pufferfish & Melonly for shift logging and moderation purposes.

{% endhint %}

* **Pufferfish**

It's quite simple, all you need to do to use it is to use the :view all command in-game and then you will receive a dm including the names of players that are not in the discord server.

* **Melonly**

Our main moderation and shift logging tool, Melonly, it's used for logging punishments, shifts, tracking staff activity, the use of it is very simple, to start shift, press "Start Shift" if You wish to see your previous shifts, you may use the button below the start shift button to view them, the logging panel is in the middle, just type the player's username, your action and the reason. To request an LOA, head over to the blue button saying "Manage Leave Of Absence". To search someone's moderation history, you have the small panel on the right side, type the username in the searching tab.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://apd-swat.gitbook.io/nysrpstaffguide/bots-guide.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
